This project consisted of a comprehensive infrastructure renewal at this iconic facility, replacing all domestic water systems, drainage networks, heating system and stormwater management infrastructure. We meticulously coordinated with event schedules to perform a complete mechanical room modernization that minimized operational disruptions while maximizing energy efficiency. The project demanded precise integration of new systems with existing building infrastructure, all while ensuring full compliance with current building codes and environmental regulations.
